Overview

One of the most important skills that managers can use to add value to their people, empower them, prepare them for the future and create a healthy succession pipeline for their organization is MENTORING. Organizations who want to enjoy all of these and more invest in formal mentoring programs and challenge their managers to use mentoring as a means to explode the quantum, and quality of leadership across the organization
